To construct new loo to unsued area in room. Make 2 rooms into one, increase head room to stairwell.
Works
Construct stud wall to enclose new loo and sink
Install new door liner, door and door furniture.
Remove stud wall in between bedroom and unused room
Reduce stairwell height
New stud wall to stairwell and extend ballustrade.
Additions
Arranged and managed electricians for lighting and extractor fan to new loo
Arranged for plasterer to plaster.
Really please with finish and V happy customers who have asked me to install their new kitchen.
