Internal doors were hung expertly, panelling in the bedroom looks great and the new kitchen return makes the old kitchen look new and is a real feature of the kitchen diner. What made this better still was that the return was made with wood and panels from part of the old kitchen. So saved money and the environment!"

Construct and over board new pitch roof with framework to hold 1200 x 800 velux
Slate roof and new ridge line
Install Velux
Insulate with 100mm celotex
Plasterboard, plaster and paint
Replace guttering and soak roof for any leaks.

I cannot rate Julius’ work highly enough. Julius was extremely professional from quote to completion and has constructed the most beautiful decking for me. Julius had a few major curve balls thrown his way to say the least (including the discovery of a pre existing oil leak!), but he overcame every hurdle and truly went above and beyond.
I am so grateful to Julius for everything he did at my property, he is a true professional and absolutely true to his word from start to finish (I have found this a non existent quality with many workmen of late). I would only go to him for future work from now on.

Re; path pressure washing at Ropewalk PZ on behalf of a disabled tenant TR.
I contacted St Ives Property Maintenance on behalf of a disabled lady that we support, I received a very prompt response and Julius came out to see the work that needed doing within a couple of days. The lady moved into this property earlier this year and the paths had not been cleaned for a long time and were thick with moss and algae and very slippery. The job done was excellent and the paths are completely free of moss etc now and have been treated so that it should be some time before it needs doing again.

Everything has been taken out, reconfigured and completely refitted and is looking really good - Julius has taken a lot of trouble over the work and communication has been really good throughout the project. This is a message to whoever might be interested.
Julius worked on my property in Downderry Cornwall during the very wet spring of 2017. The work comprised the complete replacement of existing decking and other building maintenance works.
The property was empty and I live abroad with the result that his work was unsupervised for the vast majority of his time working there.
I came to rely upon his judgement and suggestions with the result that I now have a new decking and repaired building that I am very pleased with.

Installing our replacement deck went without a hitch. The final product looks great and seems to be of very high quality. Julius was really on the ball, easy to deal with and accommodating. He was prompt in replying to all emails and phone-calls and sent a comprehensive quote which he kept to.
We arranged a date well in advance and he turned up on the agreed date with all the materials, tools and energy ready to go. He finished in the estimated time period and was all done and dusted, having sent the invoice with no delay. JB Services definitely comes recommended!
