Based in St Ives Cornwall I am a local, friendly and professional builder, City and guilds qualified carpenter with 10 years building experience. My team are a hand picked and vetted trades people from gas safe plumbers to professional electricians, plasterers and painters all ready to refurbish your house or holiday let.
House refurbishments are quite a project and can include anything from taking down walls to make living spaces bigger, replace kitchens and bathrooms with new, laying new flooring whether reclaimed, engineered oak or new type laminate flooring. As part of my contract with you I project manage all trades required to make your refurbishment stress free and become a reality.
Landscaping in many cases is last on the list but very much adds the extra wow factor and as importantly a more useable outside space that can include raised decking design and construction and cedar wood shadow fencing, lovely!
I have accounts with pretty much all contract suppliers that include the likes of Magnet and Howdens for kitchens, City plumbing and Solo supplies for bathroom and Topps tiles so can arrange for a full kitchen a bathroom design service.
