Remove flat roof and replace with new insulated pith roof and velux.
Action
Removed old roof slates, rafters and plaster.
Construct and over board new pitch roof with framework to hold 1200 x 800 velux
Slate roof and new ridge line
Install Velux
Insulate with 100mm celotex
Plasterboard, plaster and paint
Replace guttering and soak roof for any leaks.
